Best Realme Phones in India 2020
#1- Realme Narzo 20
The Narzo 20 is the latest launch of Realme in India, eagerly looked forward to after the successful Narzo 10 series.
The one spec that really stands out in this smartphone is the super powerful battery, with a capacity of 6000 mAH. Couple that with the smooth processor, and the Narzo 20 is literally made for ardent gamers. It supports fast charging through the USB type C.
The 6.50 inch display is quite sensitive to the touch, which is quite impressive for the price we are charged for the phone. The display has a resolution of 720×1600 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9.
The phone runs on the Android 10 and is powered by an Octa-core processor with 4GB RAM. The internal storage capacity is 64GB, which can be expanded up to 256GB with a micro SD card.
The phone has the provision of using two nano-SIM cards, both supporting 4G.
Speaking of the camera, Realme phones may not really be known for the clarity, but the Narzo 20 is quite promising with the 8MP front facing one. Selfies for your social media feed might turn out to be quite good with that resolution. The rear cameras are a combination of 48MP, 8 MP and 2 MP for the primary, secondary and tertiary ones. The rear cameras come with the auto-focus feature and a built in flash.
The phone is quite light, weighing about 208 grams and quite slim, measuring less than 10mm in width.
You have connectivity options of wi-fi, Bluetooth and GPS on the phone along with the two sim-card slots. The phone can be unlocked using the fingerprint sensor or through facial recognition.
The phone comes in two attractive colours as of now – a silver and a blue.
I will admit, the Narzo 20 may not be quite on par with the high-end INR 40k phones, but it’s amazing value for money when you consider the specs and the price.

#2- Realme 7
Realme 7 is one of the most recent launches of Realme in India, and a super-efficient budget phone. Like most Realme phones at this price, the phone features a massive 5000 mAh battery that sets the brand apart from all the other competitive brands of mobile phones in the country. It is not an unknown fact that the battery power of these phones is unbeatable. It also supports fast charging and it took me less than 45 minutes to get the phone to fully charge.
Running on the Android 10 OS, the Realme 7 is powered by an octa-core processor and an 8GB RAM. It comes with a large internal memory of 128GB which can be further expanded using a micro SD.
The 6.50 inch display with the resolution of 1080×2400 pixels is quite sensitive to the touch. It has an aspect ratio of 20:9.
Like all modern smartphones of today, the Realme 7 is slim and light, weighing just about 200 grams.
A phone as powerful as this does not disappoint when it comes to the camera. I managed to click some pretty stunning selfies with the 16 mp front camera. The rear cameras have an auto-focus feature, making life easier for amateur photographers. The main camera has a resolution of a whopping 64MP while the secondary, tertiary and fourth come with resolutions of 8MP, 2MP and 2MP respectively.
This dual-sim phone supports 4G in both the nano-sim card slots and connectivity is through wi-fi, Bluetooth and GPS, and a 3.5mm jack to connect your headphones.
The one big issue with the Realme 7 is that the phone gets heated up real quick. I hope the company fixes this in the upgrade.
While the phone comes in two colours, a Mist Blue and a Mist White, the former is my favourite.

#3- Realme C12
Another recent and successful launch of this brand is the Realme C12.
Packing quite a punch in a slim and light weight smartphone, this device is also priced as a low-budget option, making this a great choice if you want to save money.
The Realme C12 has a powerful battery which is typical of all Realme phones, has a great display size, good resolution and a strong processor. So where’s the compromise, you ask? It’s in the camera. However, while the camera is not as sharp as a high-end phone, it is also not bad. It is average and does let you click pretty good pictures.
Let’s dive into the details of the specs now:
The phone runs on the Android 10 Operating System and features a 6.50 inch display. The resolution is a little low at 720×1600 pixels. It has an aspect ratio of 20:9. It does come with a strong gorilla glass for better protection. The phone is powered by an octa-core processor and a 3GB RAM which is quite sufficient for most normal phone functions but may not be the best if you game a lot.
The internal storage this phone comes with is 32 GB, but this can be expanded to 256GB using a micro SD card.
The battery is very impressive as it has a capacity of 6000 mAH and the phone supports fast charging.
The phone measures about 9.8mm in width, making this quite slim, and weighs slightly over 200 grams.
Moving on to the cameras, the front one comes with a resolution of 5MP, and the rear tri-cameras have resolutions of 13MP, 2MP and 2MP.
The phone comes with a fingerprint sensor, facial recognition and an ambient light sensor. You have the provision of using two nano-SIM cards and both support 4G. Connectivity can be using wi-fi, Bluetooth, micro-USB, a headphone jack of 3.5mm or GPS.
The phone comes in two colour options – Power silver and Power blue, and both are very attractive.

“Awesome product quality which is good working well condition”
#4- Realme C15
Launched earlier this year, the Realme C15 has quite a few people listing this as one of their favourite smartphones in India in the INR 10k ballpark budget.
The Android 10 phone, powered by an octa-core processor features a 4GB RAM. While this might not be the best option if you do a lot of gaming, it is an excellent phone for normal smartphone functions and toggling between multiple applications.
The internal storage that the Realme C15 comes with is 32GB or 64GB, but this can be easily expanded to 256 GB with the help of a micro-SD card.
It comes with the standard 6.50 inch display that most Realme phones launched recently feature, and the phone is both slim as well as light at just about 200 grams. The display’s resolution is not exactly the greatest, but it’s not too bad either at 720×1600 pixels. It is encased with gorilla glass for added protection.
What is super impressive about this phone, just like the other Realme phones is the battery. The enormous battery has a capacity of 6000 mAh and it supports fast charging, so all you need is just about a couple of hours to get the phone to max capacity. It lasts for about 3 to 4 days on standby.
The front camera gives you nice selfies with the 8MP resolution. The rear quad-camera has resolutions of 13MP, 8MP, 2MP and 2MP. While this is not bad, we would have liked it to be much better. It does have the face auto-detection feature and an inbuilt flash.
The Realme C 15 gives us several connectivity options, ranging from Wi-fi, to Bluetooth, a micro-USB and GPS. There are provisions for two sim-cards, both the nano-sims and both supporting 4G.
Like all recent smartphones, the Realme C15 also has the facial recognition feature and the fingerprint sensor to unlock the phone quickly and easily, and also for added security.
It also has an ambient light sensor, a proximity sensor, an accelerometer and a compass.
The phone comes in two colour options that you can choose from – a power blue and a power silver.
