#1- Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2
Samsung changes the way you look at smartphones with the Galaxy Z Fold 2. This phone is everything you and I dreamed to have in the future and it is here now. Oh, also, simply holding this phone in your hand feels like pure luxury!
So, what makes the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 worth breaking the bank? Let’s find out:
Turn it on and watch the 7.60 inch display come to life in all its glory of 1768×2208 pixels. And that’s just the primary display. This foldable phone has a secondary display of 6.20 inches and a resolution of 816×2260 pixels. The octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ processor makes this one of the most powerful around, clubbed with the 12 GB RAM. So whatever you want to do, be it toggling between a zillion apps, or playing the most sophisticated games, you can do it on the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 with ease.
This Android 10 phone comes with an internal storage of 256GB, which cannot be further expanded, unfortunately. But I must say, 256 is quite a chunk to have by itself.
It has a pretty powerful battery of 4500 mAH capacity and the phone supports proprietary fast charging as well as wireless charging.
The phone is slim, measuring less than 7mm in width, keeping up to Samsung standards. It weighs close to 300 grams, so it isn’t exactly light in weight.
When it comes to the camera, Samsung has never disappointed us. The Galaxy Z Fold 2 features a dual front camera. Both the cameras have resolutions of 10 MP each, so you can be sure to get some professional looking shots for your feed. The rear tri-cameras are some of the best you can get. They come with resolutions of 12 MP each, giving you real sharp images. They come with the auto-focus feature and built in flash.
The phone comes with an ambient light sensor, making it easier on your eyes for those long hours of screen time, and a proximity sensor saving you from pressing unwanted buttons.
It unlocks with facial recognition or using the fingerprint sensor.
Connectivity to the phone is through wi-fi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB Type-C.
The phone comes in two colours – A Mystic Black and a Mystic Bronze. While the former is quite nice, the Bronze is a hands-down favourite.

Great features and good price
#2- Samsung Galaxy M51
Another recent launch by Samsung is the Galaxy M51.
While the Galaxy Z Fold 2 is high-end, the M51 is presented with all the necessary features and a bit more, for a price that is affordable. I also like the fact that this comes with a powerful battery (with a capacity of 7000 mAH) which can last days on standby, and close to a whole day when it’s on use constantly. This is one of the first phones by the brand with such a huge battery and I definitely think that is worth a mention. It supports fast charging like most modern day phones.
Delving into the other specs of this smartphone, the M51 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G SoC. It makes it feasible for you to handle multiple tabs and apps on your phone simultaneously without it slowing down. The basic 6 GB RAM makes the phone a great option for gamers too, something you get with most Samsung high end phones. The phone also comes in another variant, with an 8GB RAM. The former features an internal storage capacity of 64GB while the latter has 128GB internal memory. The phone comes with the provision to use a micro SD and expand the memory to up to 512 GB.
The display measures 6.70 inches with an aspect ratio of 20:9. It comes with a gorilla glass for ensuring the long life of the screen.
The one thing you cannot ignore in any high end Samsung phone is the camera. The M51 comes with a 32 MP front camera. Now that’s many times better than most rear cameras on phones. The rear cameras on the phone make every shot of yours like one shot on a DSLR, with resolutions of 64MP, 12MP, 5MP and 5MP.
The phone makes it easy to connect through Wi-fi, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C. This is a dual-sim phone with provision for two nano sim cards.
Unlock the phone through facial recognition or the fingerprint sensor. The phone also has a proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, an accelerometer and a gyroscope.
The phone comes in two beautiful colours – an Electric Blue and a Celestial Black.

Top Notch features on this phone. Loved it Samsung!
#3- Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G
The Note series of Samsung caused quite a stir in India, in a time when nothing could match up to the iPhone. Samsung has constantly upgraded the Note series and has recently launched the Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G. The phone is without doubt one of the most expensive you will find, coming quite close to the price of the Galaxy Z Fold 2.
What makes this phone so special?
This smartphone comes with nothing but the most powerful and the best when it comes to technology. It is powered by the Exynos 990 processor clubbed with a 12GB RAM. That’s the wish of every gamer out there and this phone is just perfect for you. It doesn’t end there, though. The internal memory the phone comes with is 128 GB, but this can be expanded with a micro SD upto a maximum of 1000 GB. Your eyes’ have popped out yet?
The Android 10 phone comes with a 6.9 inch Amoled display with a resolution of 1440×3200 pixels, bringing every image to life.
If that hasn’t gotten you hooked to the phone, the camera specs will. The front camera comes with a resolution of 10MP and an auto-focus feature. The rear cameras come with huge resolutions of 108 MP, 12 MP and 12 MP, capturing every minute detail on screen.
The S-pen on this phone is quite similar to the previous generation, with just slight improvement.
The phone comes with a 4500 mAH battery and supports fast charging. This dual-sim phone also supports wireless charging and reverse charging.
Connectivity on this phone is through wi-fi, NFC, GPS and Bluetooth V5.
In India, the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G is released in two colours – a black and a bronze.

#4- Samsung Galaxy M01 Core
I know that the high-end phones of Samsung are definitely something you cannot ignore, but the company has also recently launched a more, pocket friendly phone that goes by the name – Samsung Galaxy M01 Core.
This basic phone has everything you need in terms of features and a pretty strong battery back-up. The 3000 mAH battery holds the charge for a couple of days on standby and upto 6 hours on continuous use.
The phone features a 5.30 inch display with an aspect ratio of 18.5:9, making this quite tall. It has a screen resolution of 720×1480 pixels. While that might not be the best, it offers pretty decent clarity for the price you pay.
Samsung has managed to make this phone quite slim with a thickness of less than 9mm.
The phone is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core processor that runs on a 1GB RAM. This is definitely not something you must go for if you are into gaming, but it is certainly a good phone for regular phone users who like using a few apps at a time.
The internal storage the Galaxy M01 Core comes with is 16GB, but this can be expanded through the micro SD card.
This is a dual sim card phone with provisions for two nano-sim cards. While one supports 4G, the other supports only 3G.
Connectivity on this phone is possible through wi-fi, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS, USB and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.
Being a basic model, it does not support sensors like facial recognition and the fingerprint sensor. But it does have a proximity sensor and an accelerometer.
